Posisi: R&D Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Organizational responsibility:
Report to the Head of R&D with weekly activity
2. Technical responsibility :
Managing research & development of special chemicals with the main applications being pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, agrochemical.
Responsible for providing products that meet all technical requirements specified by the customer.
Responsible for trial and complaint handling at the customer.
Reporting and analysis of all activities that are the scope of responsibility.

3. Environmental & K-3 responsibility :
All activities within the scope of responsibility must consider environmental and K3 factors.
Requirements :
1.Experience in synthesizing special chemicals, especially for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, agriculture applications.
