6.Act as consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
7.Create detailed reports on HR costs.
8.Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools.
9.Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
10.Responsible for all General Affair activity.
Job Requirements :
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
2.Experience in designing compensation and benefit programs
3.Good knowledge of labor legislation
4.Leadership abilities
