-Minimum of 15 years of experience in a chemical plant or chemical manufacturing, or equivalent related experience
-Experience working in a 3-shift system and managing several subordinates
-Strong combined experience in Operation Management and Project Management
-Strong technical experience and knowledge related to Process Safety and Environment
-Demonstrated effective systematic approach to problem-solving
-Demonstrated team building, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
-Preferably have experience with foreign plant operations
-Preferably have experience in membrane cell technology
-Familiarity with calculation programs such as HYSYS and CHEMCAD
-Placement in Cilegon, Banten
