-Analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of resource use in carrying out factory maintenance activities.
-Have knowledge of cost budget calculation, and cost control in cost reduction (Cost Down).
-Can make plan work schedules for project improvement, and preventive maintenance for weekly, monthly, and yearly periods.
-Coordinate, and manage all supervisors to ensure work is carried out efficiently, and safely.
Requirements :
-Min. Bachelor's Degree – Electrical Engineering
-Have a minimum of 10 years in maintenance.
-Have understanding, and abilities in the electrical, mechanical, civil, and PLC instrumentation fields.
-Understand the principles of routine maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and spare part maintenance.
