-To ensure statutory requirement are complied.
-To ensure the preventive and predictive maintenance programs have been set up in SAP PM module and the implementation is continually monitored.
-To ensure any defects are recorded in SAP database system and responded by respective maintenance team in accordance to the priority requirement in order to keep the plant and equipment availability and reliability.
-To ensure that outage is planned in advance to prepare the manpower, tools, spares and contract services as required.
And the works progress is monitored daily to identify any issue which potentially can delay the outage program.

-To ensure maintenance service contracts are set up and available for critical equipment maintenance.
-To ensure critical spares and tools are purchased and available in stock with minimum quantity which is enough to maintain the availability of critical equipment and to avoid plant disturbance.
-To monitor yearly stock opname to ensure that discrepancy of spares and consumables inventory is minimum.
-To ensure that WBS and projected budget for OPEX and CAPEX in the respective period is available, and the expenditures are monitored against the projected budget value.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years working experience in the maintenance of coal fired power plant or similar heavy industrial plant with at least 5 years exposure in the managerial position
well as to conduct coordination and communication internally within team and externally with other departments and third parties.
-Thorough knowledge on maintenance practices especially in power plant which includes various methods of preventive maintenance, predictive or condition monitoring maintenance and corrective repairs for rotating and static equipment.
-Thorough knowledge on maintenance management and budget system especially for power plant operation and maintenance business.
