Posisi: Production Manager
Responsibilities :
-Managed production team to achieve the performance target in terms of safety, plant reliability, product availability, plant efficiency, and production cost.
-Identify, justify, and introduce productivity improvement through replacement/modification of equipment/process in collaboration with other sections/departments.
-Implement the Best Operating Procedure for all aspects in correlation with ISO 9000, 14000, and 45000.
Requirements :
-A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
-At least 10 (Ten) years of working experience in a chemical plant especially in a polymerization process.
