-Issues transfer credentials, transcript of records, diplomas, and other documents requested by students
-Prepares and submits periodic reports on enrollment, promotion, and other data which may be required by accreditation and regulating agencies of the government such as the Ministry of Education and Culture, DIKTI, LLDIKTI, BAN-PT, LAMPT-Kes
-Evaluates all academic credits of the students
-Prepares and submits applications for graduation of students to the appropriate government agency for the issuance of PIN (Penomoran Ijazah Nasional)
-Supervises the personnel in the Registrar's Office in order to maintain an efficient system in the discharge of each one's duties and responsibilities
-Serves as the liaison officer with the Ministry of Education, DIKTI, LLDIKTI, and other regulating agencies of the government
-Reconstructs missing records of students records on the basis of the official records available in the government agencies
-Responsible for the management of student graduation and recognition ceremonies
-Coordinates with program heads and/or Ketuas regarding completeness and accuracy of student grades, data and/or status.

Job Requirement:
-Has experience and training of at least 5 years in student accounting, records evaluation, management of office files, management of records personnel management, or related work
-Holds a master’s degree
