-Managing, and providing direction and solutions for the development of special chemicals with the main applications being antimold, food preservatives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and agrochemicals.
-Responsible for providing products that meet all technical requirements specified by the customer.
-Responsible for trial and complaint handling at the customer.
-Reporting and analysis of all activities that are the scope of responsibility.
3. Environmental & K-3 responsibility :
-All activities within the scope of responsibility must consider environmental and K3 factors.

Requirements :
-Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (S-2 / S-3 is preferred).
-Experience in special chemicals, especially for antimold, food preservatives, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and agrochemical applications.
-Chemical synthesis experience in R&D for 10 years.
-Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
-Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
