Scope of responsibilities/job description:
- Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system.
- Trouble shooting problems hardware, software, network.
- Provide the readiness of IT resource for end-users such as client computer, network, printer and so on.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Contact vendors of software and hardware.
- Actively respond to incidents and requests.
- Study production and machine requirements.
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
- Design and install equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers.
Experience requirement:
- Minimum 5 years overall experience as IT support team for manufacturing process.
Skills/Competency:
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Good working knowledge of Unix server and storage
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
- Customer service skills.
