Job Description:
-Facilitate communication and coordination within customer, sales team and plant to get complaint sample and closing complaint case, including visit of customer or consumer if necessary.
-Follow up and evaluate customer/consumer complaint report from plant for complaint closing this including proactive participation on performing Root Cause Analysis and provide corrective action and preventive action with plant team & verify closing of Corrective Action and Preventive Action of respective plant through on site visit.
-Lead customer complain investigations and provide corrective and preventive action report for customer
-Provide customer / consumer complaint report weekly and monthly and provide data base record of horizontal deployment completely from list initiative to closing evidence, for every customer complaint receive which categorize as Company Supply Chain responsibility
-Anticipates future consequences of actions and trends, Actively identifies developmental opportunities and seeks feedback on development.
