Accountability:
-Running research, starting from compiling literature and hypothesis up to commercialization.
-Develop products by synthesizing, polymerizing, emulsifying, formulating, and designing the manufacturing process.
-Incorporate safety factors and commercial aspects into the design.
-Self-operate for all matters and activities.
-Creative to overcome any research issues.
Requirements:
-Min Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
-Min. Age 30 years old.
-MUST HAVE at least 6 years of working experience in industrial research.
-MUST HAVE proven track records of designing commercialized products by synthesizing or engineering the manufacturing process.
-Good in writing & listening in English.
-Computer literate.
