-Provides support to the department and others on matters as directed.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
-Maximum 50 years old.
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in EPC Construction for Civil, Architec, Mechanical with minimum 5 years of working experience as Project Control Manager.
-Familiar working on the highway.
-Education background from Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding, Environmental/Health/Safety, Petroleum/Oil/Gas or equivalent).
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written (Minimum TOEFL ITP 590/TOEFL IBT 96/TOEIC 785/British Council 500).

-Computer literated.
-Familiar with S-Curve is mandatory.
