Main Responsibilities:
-Prepare customer test samples according to their requirements, ensuring that samples meet product quality standards. Record and manage detailed information of sent samples to ensure accuracy.
-Manage sample inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels and sample quality. Accept and organize product and raw material documents provided by the headquarters. Regularly update, maintain, and convey these documents to the appropriate departments, ensuring consistency and timeless of the information.

-Collaborate with the production team to understand and solve technical and process-related challenges.
-Actively engage in understanding and resolving product-related issues raised by customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
-Provide technical support to the sales team. Attend customer meetings and provide basic technical knowledge.
