-Health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan), employment insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), and social security insurance outside Working Hours (JSHK) benefits, in accordance with the Company's policies and prevailing regulations in Indonesia.
-12 days Annual Leave for every full year of service or prorated according to the completed calendar months of service, and 14 days after completion of third year service.
-Medical benefits will be provided in line with the Company's current policy. The Company shall grant paid sick leave not exceeding 14 working days per annum if no hospitalization is needed, or 60 days per annum if hospitalization is necessary, on production of a medical certificate from our company doctor or any Government medical officer.
