6. Brand Management: Ensure that all communication materials, both internal and external, are in line with the company's brand guidelines and values.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand their communication needs and align communication strategies accordingly.
8. Measurement and Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication initiatives, gathering feedback and data to make informed adjustments to the strategy.
9. Budget Management: Manage the corporate communication budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective execution of communication initiatives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience in corporate communication or public relations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building.
· Experience in crisis communication is highly desirable.
· Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.
· Knowledge of relevant legal and ethical considerations in communication.
