-Observe and understand students’ behavior and devise plans to make sure learning is conducive.
-Collaborate with other teachers and stakeholders to create a cohesive lesson plan and more importantly a united working team;
-Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending trainings;
-Assist with any other ad hoc roles including events planning and preparations as needed;

Requirements:
-Graduates with teaching qualifications/degrees;
-Persuasive and energetic;
-Fluent in English both spoken and written;
-Familiar with learning materials;
