Requirement :

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.

- Managerial or Assistant Managerial level.

- The main priority is given to those who possess strong skills and experiences in HR, Organization Management, and Strategies.

- Experience or knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and Labour Union matters.

- Experience or knowledge in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS/HSE) would be an advantage.

- Good command of English.
