-Maintain all mechanical equipment are in healthy conditions in order that they can run well in optimum reliability to keep production process smoothly.
-conduct and follow up PM & CM activity daily request and prepare the weekly/monthly report.
-Collaborate with mechanical maintenance team including maintenance contractors and outside vendors to perform maintenance activity in accordance with maintenance plan.

-Evaluate, identify mechanical equipment problems to specify root cause and cost estimation to achieve equipment rectification correctly in accordance with the targeted budget.
-Propose and recommend for equipment repairs, vendor services and vendor spare parts in order to achieve good result in maintaining equipment healthy.
-Evaluate, propose the required training to improve skill and knowledge to ensure comprehensive capability in using the available facilities.
-Support Turn Around Maintenance Activity (Quarterly/Yearly)
-Identify, control in maintaining good work environment, comfortable and good relationship in between employee through collaboration among all divisions to achieve good performance in accordance with SHE requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
-Minimum 8 years experiences in related field
-Have knowledge and experience for rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, turbine, fan
-Have knowledge for spare part of each rotating equipment
