o Be able to understand in machine installation procedure and overhaul manual
o Basic machine inspection and monitoring
o QA/QC for mechanical rotating equipment for inspection point and test run
o Experience in field/on site to manage construction schedule and control supervisor in all activities

3.Posisi: Mechanical Static Senior Engineer (Talent Pool)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Purpose: To maintain reliability of static equipment and piping facilities of CAP and its subsidiaries by planning and developing of preventive/predictive maintenance program and supporting plant corrective action using most effective methodologies and equipment’s by strictly following the International/Indonesian standards/regulations and develop it to own procedures, with safely and timely manner.
Job Accountabilities:
-Coordinate and assign engineer to conduct frequent PDCA of SAP PM system, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) with proper corrective and preventive action (CAPA)
-Propose Engineering Change Request (ECR) related plant facilities based on inspection result
-Support engineer to conduct routine review inspection procedure
