-Assist Head of Accounting & Tax in preparing the IPO process (deal with external auditor, underwriter, appraisal and etc).

General Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
-At least 4 year(s) of working experience in same level (Managerial).
-Familiar with Ms Dynamic AX 2012.
-Experiences in Big Four Accounting Firm will be beneficial.
-CA / CPA Holder will be a plus.
-Advance skill in Ms Office is a must.
-Good analytical and problem solving skill
-High integrity, discipline, as well as initiative.
-Good leadership skill
-Good English both oral and written
