Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description
- Cleansing of shipments records enabling the Clearance team to complete the Customs declarations for compliance.
- Assist in the collation of the necessary documents for BTO shipments to facilitate smooth handover of the documents to the appointed broker
- If a shipment record is not available, the Data Admin will assist to create an initial shipment record for the over-landed shipment using the commercial documents available on the physical shipment.
- Incumbent has no direct report and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions /actions.

Qualifications
- Minimal bachelor Degree
- 1-2 years working experience in customs clearance environment
