10.Updating material commitment, reporting of savings

11.Maintaining proper documentation for each PO like received quotation, comparative file, negotiation evident statements, budget, RC, approvals etc.
12.Clearance of pending Delivery Note & GRNs.
13.Co-ordination with finance for vendor payment.
14.Adhere to procurement process and systems.
