2.Evaluate and improve product designs for manufacturability and durability by reviewing 2D/3D CADs, prototypes, and feedback

3.Ensure mold shoe is fitted with brand standard accordingly
4. Collaborate closely with development, designer and across cross-functional teams at appropriate times to facilitate process and assist them with any related issues
5.Lead and track project with continuous improvement embedded during process
What We Expect From You:
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Practical experience in mold bottom shoe environment
-Experience working with 2D and 3D CADs
